How to disable time tracking by photo or voice (individual or in bulk)
If your company has decided to change its time and attendance security policy and will no longer require photo or audio attachments, you can disable this feature.
configuration can be managed individually or for multiple collaborators at the same time.
How to disable for a collaborator
- In the main menu, go to Registrations and click on Employees .
- Use the filters to locate the desired collaborator and click the pencil (Edit) in the "Actions" column.
- Within the registration process, go to the Time and Attendance and Benefits Settings .
- Look for the section on recording points and notes .
- Choose the option you want to disable:
- To disable photo registration: Uncheck the option "record time with photo in the app (mobile devices)" and/or "record time with voice in Pontotel web (computer)".
- To disable voice recording: Uncheck the "record time with voice" option in the app.
- At the bottom of the page, click save .
How to disable for multiple collaborators
To make management Multiple Changes tool to disable the feature for everyone at once.
- In the main menu, go to Registrations and click on Employees .
- Click on the options menu ( three-dot ) and choose Multiple Changes .
- Select the locations , employees , or groups that will receive the change.
- On the side of the screen you will see the points and notes section. **Uncheck the options** previously mentioned, according to your needs.
- Go to the bottom of the page and click save .
Done! Whether individually or in bulk, starting with the next time employees log in to the app, the system will no longer request photo and/or audio attachments when clocking in and out.
