How to identify events on the home screen

The Pontotel Gestão website and app's home screen was designed to make it easier to track your team's key information, visually and organizedly displaying all important events of the period. This allows you to manage work hours more efficiently, anticipate demands, and avoid surprises when closing payroll.

At the top of the home screen, you'll find filters for competency (month/year) and workplace. Use these filters to view only events related to the period and team you wish to track.

Scheduled events

In the scheduled events section, you'll find events that are already booked for the selected period. These include:

• Vacation : Indicates which employees will be or are already on vacation this month.
• Absences : Shows employees who have scheduled absences (such as sick leave or medical certificates).
• Suspensions : List of scheduled suspensions, whether for administrative, disciplinary, or other reasons stipulated by the company.

Exceptional events

Exceptional events indicate specific occurrences that deviate from the expected pattern of the workday. These include:

• Absences : Displays the days on which an employee was absent without justification.
• Holidays worked : Indicates when an employee worked on a holiday, which may impact calculations for banked hours or overtime.
• Worked days off : Indicates situations where an employee worked on days that were originally scheduled as days off, allowing for the tracking of overtime or extra payments.

Pontotel Management Application

In addition to accessing the website, you can also track all these events directly through the Pontotel Gestão app. After logging in with a manager user account, on the app's home screen, simply select the "period" tab to view, in a practical and centralized way, the scheduled and exceptional events of your team. This way, managers can track vacations, leaves of absence, absences, time off, and holidays worked in real time for the filtered location(s) and period(s).

By clicking on each item listed on the screen, you can view the event details in the Tracking Dashboard , including the names of the collaborators involved and the corresponding dates. This allows for detailed monitoring and contributes to transparency in team management.
