How to remove autocomplete dots
If you used the autocomplete function and need to undo the automatic filling for certain days or employees, the Pontotel system offers a convenient option for removing these records.
Step-by-step guide to removing autocomplete points
1. Access the bulk changes feature.
On the Management website , click on "sheet" in the top menu, and select "bulk changes ".

2. Apply the necessary filters.
- Select the employees who have incorrect records. Use the filters to easily select by workplace, employee, employer, or group.
- start date and end date fields , specify the period for which points will be removed. If you only want to remove points for a specific day, simply repeat the same date in both fields.

3. Go to the corresponding path.
Below the filter, select the points . Then, select the autocomplete .

4. Select the removal option.
Below the tool's explanation, check the option "delete autocomplete points in the defined range". This option ensures that only automatically generated records are deleted.

5. Confirm the request.
- Review the information and click "save" to complete the process.
- Confirm the change in the message that will appear next.

- Once that's done, you'll receive a confirmation message.

6. Check the change.
- After the process is completed in the notification center, a report will be generated confirming the change.

- Confirm the change by checking if the points have been removed from the employee(s)' timesheet(s).
This function allows you to undo automatically generated entries without altering other existing records on the timesheet.
