New ways to access time and attendance records: WhatsApp and automated email

Pontotel offers two new and convenient ways for employees to access their time and attendance records: via WhatsApp and automatic email delivery. These features facilitate access to time records, ensuring that employees always have their records readily available.


Receipt inquiry via WhatsApp


Through WhatsApp, any employee can quickly and directly request their time and attendance records, without needing to access the platform.


What you need to have:


  • Valid CPF registered in the system
  • Access PIN (the same one used for clocking in/out)


How to request proof of payment:


  1. Send a message to this number on WhatsApp: +55 11 4949-5959


  1. Please provide your CPF ( ) when requested.


  1. If you work for more than one company, select the desired company.


  1. Enter your PIN access


  1. Choose the period you wish to view (day, week or month)


  1. After these steps, the system will return the receipts corresponding to the selected period. You will be able to view and download them directly to your device.



Which points generate proof of purchase via WhatsApp:


✅ Points recorded by the Management Application (REP-P)

✅ Points recorded by the Bate Ponto App (REP-P)

✅ Points recorded by Bate Ponto Web (REP-P)


They do not generate a receipt:

  • Points imported by AFD
  • Points created or adjusted manually
  • Points created via API
  • REP-I Points


Important notes:


  • If there are no eligible points within the consulted period, no voucher will be returned
  • If a point has been recorded more than once and subsequently canceled by the manager, the receipt for the canceled point may still appear, as the receipt is generated at the time of registration
  • The consultation is performed by period (not by work shift). Employees with shifts that span the entire day may receive proof of attendance for more than one day, depending on the selected period


Automatic receipt of receipts via email


In addition to checking via WhatsApp, employees can automatically receive their time and attendance records via email every day, immediately after registering their time.


What you need to have:


  • Valid email address registered in the system (in the optional fields section of your registration)



How it works:


Every day, between 00:00 and 06:00, the system automatically sends an email containing proof of points registered the previous day (between 00:01 and 23:59).


The email will include:

  • A brief description indicating the reference date of the points
  • A compressed file (.zip) containing all the receipts for the day.



Which points are sent by email:


✅ Points recorded by the Management Application (REP-P)

✅ Points recorded by the Bate Ponto App (REP-P)

✅ Points recorded by Bate Ponto Web (REP-P)


They are not sent by email:

  • Points imported by AFD
  • Points created or adjusted manually
  • Points created via API


Important notes:


  • If you logged more than 4 points in a day (for example, two entry, break, and return entries, and two exit entries), all receipts will be included in the compressed file
  • If you have mistakenly recorded the same time more than once and the manager has cancelled one of them, proof of the cancelled time will still be sent
  • If no points are recorded for the day, the email will not be sent
  • The mailing is organized by period, not by workday. Employees with workdays that span the entire day will receive two emails (one for each day) containing proof of the work performed the previous day
