There are several places on the Management website where you can view employee photos stored along with their time and attendance records. In the facial biometrics management system, you can view all photos registered and approved for facial recognition. This article will show you two ways to access this screen. However, the biometrics management system does not allow you to view the details of the time and attendance record to which the photo is associated. Therefore, this article will show you how to access the photo along with the record data directly on the employee's timesheet.

Therefore, in this article we will show you how to view the photo directly associated with the time and attendance record data on the employee's timesheet .
Step-by-step guide to verifying the photos recorded on the timesheet.
- Access the timesheet
In the top menu of the Management website, click on "sheet ," then select "timesheets .

- Fill in the search filters to locate the desired sheet.
First, choose whether you want to filter by locations, employees, or groups, and then select the options you want to view.
After clicking "search," use the field to the left of the filter to define the period, choosing the month and year you wish to search.

- Open the day's details
First, find the day you want to view. Then, click on the three dots next to the date and, in the drop-down menu, select the option “view day details (i)”.


- View the point details
In the menu displayed at the top of the screen, click on “advanced time tracking information”. If there is a photo linked to the time record, the “access image” button will appear. Click on it to view the photo.

Viewing photos associated with time and attendance records is a practical way to ensure greater security and transparency in time tracking. Through the timesheet, you can access both the image and all the details of the record, facilitating verification and auditing.
