Where to find the company activation code

Step-by-step instructions for locating the activation code.
- Access the menu
Pontotel Gestão website , after logging in, click on the “admin” menu at the top. Then, select the “company data” option.
- Find the activation code: On the “company data” screen, you will see the “activation code” field. The code will be visible next to the company name registered in the system.
⚠️ Warning: The activation code should only be changed if instructed by Pontotel support. Improper changes may compromise the integration of already configured devices.
