Why isn't the password working?
The employee's password may not work for 3 reasons:
1. The password was entered incorrectly.
2- The computer or application the employee is using to clock in is registered to a different workplace ( see here how to correct this for computers and see here how to correct this for applications).
3- The computer the employee is trying to clock in on is registered to another person ( see here ).
