How to update data for multiple employees using Multiple Changes

To facilitate bulk adjustments to employee records, the Multiple Changes allows you to modify fields for multiple employees simultaneously. See below how to use it.

Step-by-step instructions for using the feature.

1. Access the resource

• Pontotel Gestão website's main menu , go to the registration . Then select employees .

• Click on "more options" (button with three dots), and then select the "multiple changes" option.

2. Define the employee group.

Choose which employees will receive the update. You can select them individually or use filters by work locations or groups.

3. Select the field to update.

Once you have selected the collaborators, check the desired field(s) (such as work schedule, shift, work location, etc.).

The fields available for modification are the same as those in the employee's individual record. If you have any questions about the meaning or completion of any field, please consult the article on employee registration.

4. Confirm and review

Review the changes and click "save".

A process will be initiated in the notification center (bell icon). Once the change is complete, a report will be available detailing all the modifications made.

The system will update the registration of the selected employees all at once. We recommend accessing the individual registration of some employees and checking if the requested change has been applied.

Observations

• Unselected fields remain unchanged.
• Exceptional individual assignments should be made directly in the employee's record, not via mass changes.
