How to update data for multiple employees using 'Multiple Changes'
To facilitate bulk adjustments to employee records, the Multiple Changes allows you to modify fields for multiple employees simultaneously.
See below how to use it.
How to use the feature
- In the navigation menu of the Management website, go to the Registrations. Then select Employees.
- Click on "more options" (blue button with three dots), and then select "multiple changes".

- Choose which employees will receive the update. You can select them individually or use filters by work locations or groups.

- Once you have selected the employees, configure the field(s) you wish to update (such as work schedule, shift, work location, etc.).

Some fields can be enabled/disabled, such as the options for recording points and time entries.
To configure them:
- Move to the right to activate the option.

- Move to the left to disable the option.

- Leave the option in the middle to keep the current setting unchanged. This way, it will remain enabled for those who already have the option enabled and will remain disabled for those who already have the option disabled.

- Click "Save" to finalize the change.
- A process will be initiated in the notification center (bell icon). Once the change is complete, a report will be available detailing the modifications made.

- The system will update the filtered employee records all at once.
- Unselected or unfilled fields will remain unchanged.
- It is not possible to undo the adjustment after it has been saved. However, you can make a new configuration using the "Multiple Changes" feature, or adjust it directly in the employee's record.
- Exceptional individual assignments can be made directly in the employee's record
Advantages of the functionality
- Speed in updating records;
- It avoids repetitive rework;
- It reduces human error when replicating information.
Performing bulk changes to employee records is a practical and secure way to keep data always up-to-date, saving time and reducing errors in day-to-day management.
