How to Disable or Hide a Workplace
Over time, it's common for the company structure to change, and some Workplaces (departments, teams, or branches) may cease to be used. To keep your platform organized and easy to manage, you can "Disable" or "Hide" these locations.
Understand the difference:
- Deactivate (Recommended for defunct locations): This is the main action. The location will no longer appear in the selection of active locations (e.g., when registering a new employee) and will also not appear in report filters. It will only be maintained as historical data in the records of employees who were previously part of it.
- Hide: This is a visual organization action. The location is hidden from your main list and cannot be linked to new employees, but it continues to appear in report filters and other system screens.
How to Deactivate a Workplace
This is the recommended process for locations that will no longer be used.
- In the main menu, go to Registrations and click on Work Locations .

- Use the filters to locate the area you want to disable.
- Select the location and click the pencil (Edit).

- On the workplace editing screen, uncheck Enable workplace checkbox .

- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save .
How to hide a Workplace
This process is ideal if you only want to "clean up" your main registration screen, but still want the location to appear in report filters.
- In the main menu, go to Registrations and click on Work Locations .
- In the row of the location you want to hide, click the building icon with a line through it (Hide).

- A confirmation window will appear. Click Confirm .
- To view the locations you've hidden, simply use the "show" (at the top of the screen) and select the "hidden" option .

Done! By choosing between "Disable" or "Hide," you keep your platform organized and ensure that only the relevant workspaces are used in your daily management
