How to edit or change an employee's registration information.

Keeping employee data up-to-date is essential for management . Whether it's adjusting schedules, changing names, or modifying calculation rules, the process of editing employee records is simple and quick.

How to edit an employee


  1. In the main menu, go to Registrations and click on Employees .



  1. On the listing screen, use the search filters to find the collaborator you want to edit.


  1. Click on the collaborator's row and, in the menu that opens, click on the pencil (Edit).



  1. After completing all edits, click save .


Done! The employee's registration has been updated. Remember that some changes, such as altering the calculation rule or schedule , may impact future payroll calculations.
