How to edit or change an employee's registration information.
Keeping employee data up-to-date is essential for management . Whether it's adjusting schedules, changing names, or modifying calculation rules, the process of editing employee records is simple and quick.
How to edit an employee
- In the main menu, go to Registrations and click on Employees .

- On the listing screen, use the search filters to find the collaborator you want to edit.
- Click on the collaborator's row and, in the menu that opens, click on the pencil (Edit).

- After completing all edits, click save .
Done! The employee's registration has been updated. Remember that some changes, such as altering the calculation rule or schedule , may impact future payroll calculations.
