How to edit a default template

Standard reasoning types are used in various system operations, such as timekeeping correction justifications, or for events like absences and suspensions. Keeping these reasoning types updated is essential to ensure transparent processes aligned with company policy. Editing is simple and can be done by users with the appropriate permissions.


How to edit a default template


  1. In the navigation menu of the Management website, click on Rules and select the Default Reasons.


  1. Locate the reason you want to edit.



  1. After selecting the motif, click the pencil icon in the menu to open the editing screen.



  1.  Update the desired field(s) of the default reason. Finish by clicking "Save".
