How to delete/disable a default reason
It is not possible to delete a default reason registered on the platform, but we can deactivate it so that it no longer appears in the list of default reasons that can be used.
Step-by-step instructions for editing a standard template.
- Access the corresponding screen.
In the top menu of the Gestão website , click on registrations and select the default reasons .
- Locate the reason you want to disable it.
Use the search bar or browse through the list of default reasons until you find the one that needs to be changed.
- Turn off the reason.
When selecting the reason, click the corresponding icon in the menu to deactivate the reason.
You can view the deactivated reasons by selecting the corresponding option in the "show" field.
Disabling outdated default templates keeps the environment clean and makes the entire team's routine easier.
