How to delete/disable a default reason

It is not possible to delete a default reason registered on the platform, but we can deactivate it so that it no longer appears in the list of default reasons that can be used.

How to disable a default motif

In the navigation menu of the Management website, click on Rules and select the Default Reasons.

Locate the reason you wish to deactivate it.

When selecting the reason, click the corresponding icon in the menu to deactivate the reason.

💡 Tip: You can view deactivated reasons by selecting the "deactivated" option in the "show" field. When you select a deactivated reason, simply click the "Activate" button to reactivate it.

Disabling outdated default templates keeps the environment clean and makes the entire team's routine easier.
