The system automatically processes the time entries. However, when changes are made on other platforms, there may be a waiting period for synchronization to occur across all devices. Therefore, performing manual processing ensures that the information is updated immediately in the application, allowing you to view the time entries without having to wait for the automatic update.

Step-by-step guide to processing appointments.

1. Access the Pontotel Management application.

Open the app on your mobile device and log in.

2. Tap the “Sheet” tab.

In the bottom menu, select the "Sheet" to view the list of collaborators on your team.

3. Select the desired collaborator.

Search for the employee's name and tap on it. Then, tap "view sheet" to access the records.

4. Tap the button to reprocess the sheet.

In the upper right corner of the screen, locate and tap the corresponding button.

5. Please wait while processing.

The app will consolidate all records for the period, recalculate the time bank, and update the time entries.

• It is recommended to process the payroll sheet after making corrections, deletions or additions of points, changes in work schedules or registration adjustments to ensure that the data is up to date.
