How do I remove a bank of hours entry?
Removing a banked hours deduction may be necessary when an error is identified in the entry or when it is necessary to correct previously recorded information. This process allows you to undo the deduction of a balance, ensuring that the banked hours cycle is adjusted correctly.

Step by step:
- Access the module
In the top menu of the Management website, click on Management and then select Time Bank .

- Fill in the search filters.
Filter by employee , select the employee, and click Search .

- Open the "bank of hours" section.
Click the Manage , which will appear next to the collaborator's name in the list below the filters.

- Remove the low
In the "time bank write-off history" field, locate the write-off and click on remove write-off.

⚠️ Warning
- A payment can only be removed if the sheet on which the payment is located is unlocked. If the sheet is locked, it will be necessary to unlock it before removing the payment.
- Only the most recent transaction can be removed. If you want to remove a previous transaction, first remove the most recent transaction(s).
- When a write-off is removed, the previous cycle, which had been closed due to that action, will be reopened and will become the current cycle again. The new cycle generated by the write-off will cease to exist.
