How to synchronize Work Locations with REP-P
Keeping your Workplaces (whether departments, teams, or branches) synchronized with the REP-P (Electronic Time Recorder via Program) is an essential step for the management of the platform.
This action ensures that only active and valid work locations appear as an option when registering new employees and are recognized by the time clocks (apps or web) at the time of clocking in and out.
The Pontotel platform offers a tool that updates all your locations at once.
Why is synchronization necessary?
Synchronization functions as an "update button" between your management (on the Management Site ) and the time and attendance registration platform
It is recommended to perform this synchronization when:
- Create a new workplace.
- Edit important information for a location (such as the name or the associated "Employer").
- Deactivate (or reactivate) a workstation that should no longer be used for logging.
This ensures that the list of available locations on the collection points is always correct.
How to synchronize Workplaces
- In the left-hand menu, go to Registrations and click on Work Locations .

- At the top of the listing screen (above the location names), click the " Synchronize all locations with REP-P" .

- Please wait for the request to be processed in the **Alerts** (notification bell).

Done! By completing this action, all your registered and active work locations are updated and enabled for use in REP-P, ensuring the transparency and integrity of your time and attendance records.
