How to lock the timesheet using the Pontotel Gestão app.
At Pontotel, it's essential to monitor the status of timesheets to ensure all records are correctly finalized at the end of the period. Through the app, you can quickly see which sheets have already been locked and which are still pending, as well as lock those that are still open, facilitating control and preventing delays in closing.
Step-by-step guide to checking for stuck and pending sheets.
1. Access the Pontotel Management application.
Open the app on your mobile device and log in .
2. Access the timesheet.
- Tap on Leaf in the bottom menu.
- Select the desired employee and click "view sheet".

- Select the skill you want to lock at the top of the screen.

3. Regularize all pending registrations.
Check if there are any days pending correction. If there are incomplete records or inconsistencies, make the adjustments before proceeding. The sheet can only be locked when all days have been corrected.

In this example, days 25 and 27 have pending issues that need to be corrected.
4. Lock the sheet
- locking status block .
- If the message "lock not started" appears, the sheet is still open and ready to be finalized.
- If the page is already locked, the information will appear in that location.
- Tap the "lock sheet" button to start the process.

- The system will ask you to choose between:
- Bilateral locking: requires employee confirmation.
- Unilateral locking: the leaf is locked immediately.
- Select the desired option and tap "confirm and lock".

Observations
- By enabling the "always use this type" option during locking, the system will automatically adopt the chosen option as the default for subsequent sheets, without the need to select it again.
- You can only lock or unlock pages if your access profile allows this action.
- Locking the payroll is essential for consolidating data for the period and preventing subsequent changes.
Monitoring locked payrolls and pending locks in the Pontotel Gestão app ensures speed and security in closing the period. This prevents inconsistencies and facilitates the work of HR and managers.
