Get to know Pontotel's Support Center
The Support Center is available directly on the Management website and was developed to make your routine more practical and speed up the resolution of questions about the system.
In it, you can get quick answers with the help of our Artificial Intelligence, contact the Support team, and consult articles in the Help Center, all without having to leave the screen you are working on.
Open the Support Center
- Once you log in to the Pontotel Gestão, the Help Center will be available in the lower right corner of the screen, identified by the Pontotel icon. Simply click this button to open the chat window.

Section: Conversation
In the "Conversation" section, ask questions about the system. First, our AI will respond in a personalized way. If you want to speak with our support team, type: "talk to an agent".

Section: Help
In this section, search for a keyword and filter all articles in our Support Center that discuss that topic.
It is possible to view and read directly in the window.

Section: Research
This section is a combination of the first two. When you ask a question, you will receive a personalized answer from our AI. Below, you can see the source used for the answer, with a quick link to access the full article.

The Help Center is the right place to get answers to your questions without complications. Take advantage of it to explore the resources and gain autonomy in managing your system!
