Where to find the company activation code

The activation code is essential information at Pontotel. It's a unique numerical sequence used to identify your company.

When you need to contact our support or log off from a shared data collector, it's essential to have this code on hand.

How to locate the activation code

In the navigation menu of the Management website , open the Admin menu and select the Company Data option .

The code will be visible next to the company name, in the "activation code" field.

⚠️ Warning: The activation code should only be changed if instructed by Pontotel support. Improper changes may compromise the integration of already configured devices.

Whenever you need to log off a device or contact our team, please refer to the activation code on the “company data” screen. Keeping this information secure and up-to-date is essential for efficient time and attendance management.
