How to check your time bank in the Pontotel Gestão app

Monitoring banked hours is essential to ensure transparency in work schedule control and facilitate the management of time off in lieu. Through the Pontotel Gestão app, you can quickly check the updated banked hours balance for each employee.

Step-by-step guide to checking your time bank in the app.

1. Access the Pontotel Management application.

Open the app on your mobile device and log in .

2. View the time bank directly on the employee's timesheet.

• Tap on Leaf in the bottom menu.
• Select the desired employee and click "view sheet".

• On the monthly payslip, scroll to the bottom. You will see your time bank balance displayed in two lines:
• Monthly: Shows the accumulated total, hours already compensated, and the balance for the selected month (to change the month, select a new one by tapping the calendar icon at the top of the screen).
• Total accumulated: presents the consolidated balance for the current cycle, facilitating the monitoring of the employee's overall balance.

3. Check the overall time bank by workplace or team.

• On the app's home screen, access the "period" tab.

Select the workplace and the period (month and year) you wish to view from the filters.

• Scroll down until you find the time bank section.

Here, the balances of the employees at that workplace are displayed, making it easy to quickly identify who has more or fewer accumulated hours.

• By clicking on "see all," you can view the complete list of employees with their respective balances, both positive and negative, for a detailed analysis of the time bank for the entire team at that location.

⚠️ Warning:

• The balance is updated in real time as entries are made in the payroll.
• Balances are displayed prominently and use colors to indicate a positive (green) or negative (red) status.
• If you can't see a particular collaborator, check the workplace filters applied or their access permissions.
