How to Hide an Employer Registration

To maintain the integrity of your history (timesheets, reports, and linked records), the Pontotel platform does not allow you delete an Employer .

If an Employer (CNPJ) is no longer in use or was registered in error, the correct action to "clean" its list is to Hide it .

By hiding an Employer, you ensure that:

• It will no longer appear in your list of "visible" registrations.
• He cannot be selected for new registrations (such as the creation of new Work Locations).
• All historical data on individuals and related reports must be 100% preserved for future audits.

How to hide an employer

1. In the main menu, go to Registrations and click on Employers .

2. In the list, locate the Employer you wish to hide.

3. Select the record and click on the eye icon with a line through it (Hide).

4. A confirmation window will appear. Click Confirm .

How to view hidden employers

If you need to reactivate or simply check an Employer that you have hidden:

1. On the same screen ( Registrations > Employers ), click on the show (which is set to "visible" by default).

2. Select the hidden .

3. The list will only show employers that have been hidden. To reactivate it, simply click on the "eye" icon (Show).

Done! Hiding an employer is the easiest and safest way to keep your platform organized, ensuring the evolution of your management without losing historical data.
