How to link or change the schedule of multiple employees (in bulk)

Do you need to update the work schedule for an entire department or a group of employees? To make this management more efficient, you can use the Multiple Changes and apply the same schedule to everyone at once.


This method is ideal for shift changes or for standardizing a team's work schedules.


How to update scales in bulk


  1. In the main menu, go to Registrations and click on Employees .


  1. Click on the options menu ( three-dot Multiple Changes option .



  1. You will be directed to the Multiple Changes . This screen displays all the fields in the registration form that can be changed in bulk.


  • First, select the location(s), employee(s), or group(s) that will receive the change.



  • After making your selection, scroll to the bottom of the screen and, in the "scale" , choose one of the scales already registered in the list. If you don't yet have a scale registered, consult this article to learn how to register one.



  • "calendar" section , define the start date of the schedule, which corresponds to the day it will be applied to the employee(s)' timesheet(s). A calendar will then be displayed below, starting from that date. Next, select the work schedule that appears above the first day shown on the calendar.
    • Example: by setting the start date as 07/11/2025 , the first day of the schedule will be automatically selected. In the calendar shown below, you can see that the chosen date (07/11) corresponds to a Friday . Therefore, select the shift that is positioned above Friday on the schedule, ensuring that the days of the schedule are organized correctly.



  1. After filling in these fields, scroll to the bottom of the page and click save .


Done! The platform will apply the new schedule and start date to all the employees you selected.
