Why doesn't the banked hours balance appear on the employee's payslip?

First, you need to check if the time bank has been configured and is active in your system. To do this, go to the website gestao.pontotel.com.br > Management and check if the "Time Bank" option is available.



If this option is not appearing, it is because the time bank is not active in your system and you will need to formally request it by email to the support team at suporte@pontotel.com.br .


If the time bank is active and the rules are configured, but the balance is still not appearing on the employee's payslip, you will need to check in your employee's record whether the rule has been applied.


To do this, go to Registrations > Employee > Select the employee > click on “edit” > check if the rule has been applied in the “Time Bank Rule” field.


If it says "No Time Bank Rule," it means that no rule has been applied, so the balance will not appear on your payslip. In this case, you will need to select the desired rule and then click "save."
