Articles about: Time Bank

Understand the meaning of the colors in the time bank system.

Pontotel's time bank system uses colors to facilitate the quick identification of different employee balances on their timesheets. Each color represents a specific situation, making visualization and monitoring simpler and more intuitive.

See what each color indicates:

Green: balance approved

This indicates that the day's banked hours have been approved, and the balance is being included in the time bank calculation.

Yellow: balance rejected

This means that the bank balance is pending approval or has been rejected by HR or management. In this case, the accumulated hours will not be included in the overall bank calculation and will be reflected in the payroll.

Red: expired bank of hours

This means that the bank of hours has expired, indicating that the limit has been reached, and that it is necessary to process a reduction in the bank of hours .

These colors allow for a quick analysis of each employee's situation, helping managers and teams make decisions with greater speed and clarity.
