Where to find the company activation code

Access the menu

website Pontotel Gestão, after logging in, click on the “admin” menu at the top. Then, select the “company data” option.

Find the activation code: On the “company data” screen, you will see the “activation code” field. The code will be visible next to the company name registered in the system.

⚠️ Warning: The activation code should only be changed if instructed by Pontotel support. Improper changes may compromise the integration of already configured devices.
