How to manage employee time bank transactions

Checking transactions in the time bank is essential to ensure that all daily balances are correct. At Pontotel, you can easily view these transactions to monitor automatically accumulated balances, as well as check and remove manually entered balances. In this article, we will explain how to perform this verification in a simple and practical way.


How to access the time bank management screen:


  1. In the  website's Management navigation menu , click on Management and then select Time Bank.


  1. Filter by employee, select the desired employee, and click Search.


  1. Select the time bank modality for the selected employee.



  1. Select the period you wish to view.



  1. Click on the collaborator's name that appears in the list below the period.



  1. When you select a name, some information will appear below the list. Click on "Month's transactions" to open it.


  1. In the "monthly transactions" field, view all time bank balances for the filtered period.



  • Clicking on the line will open the menu for the selected transaction.
  • If the balance was automatically transferred to the bank, there is a possibility that it will be rejected.
  • If the balance was added manually, you have the option to reject or delete it.


By understanding how to verify daily transactions, you gain a clear and detailed view of employees' time banks. This makes management more agile and accurate.
