How to edit a user
Editing a user's information is essential for keeping data up-to-date at Pontotel, whether it's to correct personal data, change permissions, reset passwords, or update the access email. The procedure is simple and quick.
Step by step
- In the navigation menu of the Management website, open the Admin and click on the Users.
- Use the search bar or the available filters to find the user you want to edit.

- When you select the user, a menu will open. Click the pencil icon to open the editing screen.

- On the editing screen, adjust the fields as needed:
- Name, email, CPF (Brazilian tax identification number) or access password
- Access permissions (HR, manager, supervisor, employee, etc.)

- Link to workplaces or departments
- Associating an employee record with a user.

- After reviewing and modifying the data, click "save" to apply the changes.
