How to enable a time bank for an employee
The time bank system allows employees to record and offset overtime or negative hours over time. For the balance to appear correctly on the payroll, two conditions are necessary: a time bank rule must be created, and this rule must be applied to the employee's record.
1. Consult or create a time bank rule
- In the navigation menu of the__Gestão__ website, click on Rules, and select Time Bank.

- If there are any database rules created, check if their configuration is as expected.
- If no rules have been created, create a new rule.
2. Apply the rule to the employee's record
- In the navigation menu of the__Gestão__ website, click on Registrations, and select Employees.
- Select the desired collaborator, and click the "edit" button.

- Locate the "Time Bank Rule" field and check if a rule is selected.
- If the field is set to "No Time Bank Rule", click on it, select the desired rule, and click Save.

- After saving, the time bank balance will appear on the employee's timesheet.
